The E13 Chord is found by locating the 1, 3 , 5, b7, 9, 11 and 13 positions (E, G#, B, D, F#, A and C#) of the E Major Scale: E F# G# A B C# D# E. The chord chart below demonstrates how to play the E13 Chord. The 11th position is normally omitted as indicated in the chord chart below.
